Korean Federation for Environmental Movement
The Korean Federation for Environmental Movement (KFEM) is a nonprofit organization involved in grassroot environmental protection towards the values of life, peace, ecology, and participation.
KFEM advocates for climate-friendly energy and air transportation, green ecology, streams and rivers, living environment, and citizen participation. KFEM’s major projects include policy activities for Seoul’s green energy conversion and response to climate change, solving climate change and air pollution problems through the elimination of internal combustion engine vehicles, improving the bicycle- and pedestrian-friendly environment, and working to protect biodiversity along the Han River.
