HAS A NEW HOME
Dr. Bronner’s has transitioned ownership of our Magic All-One Chocolate business to Magic Chocolate Inc., a company created by our long-term partners who have been manufacturing our chocolate for us since its launch. Starting in June, the chocolate will have updated packaging—namely without Dr. Bronner’s company name or branding on the label.
The product name has also changed from Dr. Bronner’s Magic All-One Chocolate to Magic Chocolate. The chocolate is otherwise unchanged—the recipes, price, ingredient sourcing, premium Swiss quality, flavors, and certifications are the same.

After four years since launching chocolate, Dr. Bronner’s has decided that giving stewardship over this product line to Magic Chocolate Inc. is the best way to continue the program and advance our original goals. From the start, our primary objective has been to give our cocoa suppliers the best access to the marketplace while working to make ecological and ethical chocolate production the new norm in the chocolate industry.
Dr. Bronner’s expertise lies in building Regenerative Organic Certified® (ROC) supply chains, and we have successfully met our goal of bringing the world’s first ROC chocolate to market. Magic Chocolate Inc. is best positioned to build on what we started, given their deep expertise in the chocolate category.
We are thrilled with the growth we've achieved and the positive global impact through bringing this ROC chocolate to market—thanks in large part to your support! Since 2021, Dr. Bronner’s has converted over 5,498 acres of conventional cocoa fields in Ghana and Ivory Coast to ROC, supporting an estimated 954 farmers with improved cocoa yields, soil fertility, and food security. Magic Chocolate Inc. will continue sourcing from the same suppliers, including ROC cocoa from Ivory Coast Women’s Cooperative, KANY Scoops, and ROC coconut sugar from Indonesian women-owned social enterprise, Aliet Green.
