Give Your Lips Some Lovin’ this Summer
May 31, 2016
Forget a glowing tan and bronzed cheeks, it’s all about soft, subtle and ultra-smooth lips this summer! We are all too aware of the importance of taking care of our lips during the winter as the cold winds and central heating play havoc with our skin, but lip care only becomes more important as the warmer weather approaches.
Unlike the skin, your lips don’t contain sebaceous glands and so can become chapped and dry very easily as they’re unable to produce the oil needed to keep them soft and hydrated. This means, as we enjoy that beautiful summer sun, it’s more important than ever to keep lips locked with moisture, and there’s no better way to do this than by using Dr. Bronner’s Organic Lip Balms for the summer season.
Scented using only Fair Trade, organic essential oils and free from any synthetic ingredients or preservatives, they are a must-have for soft supple lips. The soothing blend of organic avocado, jojoba and hemp oils are locked in with Fair Trade organic beeswax to rejuvenate tired, chapped lips, making them ‘kissabley’ soft!
Available in a variety of sumptuous flavours, including Peppermint, Lemon Lime, Orange Ginger and Naked, Dr. Bronner’s Organic Lips Balms are the perfect way to keep lips smooth this summer

Note to Editors
Emanuel Bronner was a third generational soap maker who spent his life renouncing hate and war on a personal mission to unite mankind. His strong views and lectures landed him in a mental asylum in Chicago, but eight months later in 1948, Bronner escaped and continued with his message in California. During this time, he also began making peppermint liquid soap under the ‘Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps’ brand. He gave away soap during his talks but soon realized people were taking it without listening to him speak. As a result, he started writing his philosophy on the bottle in tiny script, which is still used on Dr. Bronner’s packaging today.
