Sea Shepherd Global

The mission of Sea Shepherd Global is to protect marine wildlife and end the destruction of habitat in the world’s oceans. Since 1977, Sea Shepherd has used innovative direct action tactics to defend, conserve and protect the delicately-balanced biodiversity of our seas and enforce international conservation laws.

Dr. Bronner’s started supplying Sea Shepherd missions and campaigns around the world with soap and coconut oil for their crew to use while at sea, which led to an opportunity to donate money to purchase communications equipment for one of their ships. Then in December 2018, Dr. Bronner’s helped with supporting the renovation of a small vessel that would allow Sea Shepherd to launch a campaign in the Baltic Sea to protect harbor porpoises, called the MV Emanuel Bronner, named after Dr. Bronner himself (the founder of our company).
