(No P.O. Boxes) For free shipping orders, please allow 72 hours for order processing and 2-5 business days for UPS ground delivery. Weight based UPS rates are available for Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping for Canadian orders is $10 per shipment for up to 10 lbs. and an additional $5 for each additional 5 lbs. We charge a $12 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $12 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction. For orders outside the US and Canada, please contact us first at orders@drbronner.com Please note that Overnight and 2nd Day orders placed after 3:00 pm PST will be considered as being placed the following business day. Use the UPS website to track a package using the tracking number that is emailed to you. If you did not receive UPS notification with that information please contact us at orders@drbronner.com UPS does not deliver ground shipments on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date. We do NOT request or require a signature for any deliveries; however, it is solely up to your delivery person's discretion whether or not to leave the package without a signature.   Damages If your product is damaged or missing please contact us at (760) 432-0098 within 72 hours of receiving the order to have items replaced.   Returns If you are dissatisfied with any products purchased in the Dr. Bronner's web store, you may ship the items back to us within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price. We can not pay for return shipping.
