We offer FREE SHIPPING via UPS Ground for all continental U.S. orders but require a minimum purchase of $20. Weight based UPS rates are available for Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping for Canadian orders is $10 per shipment for up to 10 lbs. and an additional $5 for each additional 5 lbs. For orders outside the US and Canada, please contact us first at orders@drbronner.com. Please note that Overnight and 2nd Day orders placed after 3:00 pm PST will be considered the following days orders. If an order is placed before 3:00 pm PST on a weekday, it will go out that same day. |
If you are dissatisfied with any products purchased in the Dr. Bronner's web store, contact us within 90 days and we will arrange a return and refund of the purchase price.
